REQUIREMENTS

PLEASE READ THIS REQUIREMENTS BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING WRITTEN IN IT.
  1. Clinic Cards, Birth Certificates and ID's of both parents are required on the first day of registration.
  2. Creche OPENS at 07h00 and closes at 16h00.
  3. PUNCTUALITY is always recommended, classes commence at 08:00 children who arrive at the school after 8am will not be allowed in the Centre unless the parent has made prior arrangements for the child to be late e.g, taking the child to the clinic for immunization and proof thereof will be requested.
  4. Children should always come in GOOD HEALTH, don't bring sick children to the center.
  5. A report is required should a child be absent.
  6. On acceptance of the child, fees must be paid IN FULL. Children accepted during the month also PAY FULL FEES.
  7. Parents are requested to provide their children with extra clothes so that teachers can change children in case of an accident(child wets herse;f/himself) before they go home.
  8. Any complaints from parents must be forwarded to the OFFICE for solution. Should the solution not be acceptable, then forward the complaint to the COMMITEE.
  9. A month notice is expected for termination of services on both parties.
  10. Any child staying away from creche for three months or more without notice will be withdrawn from the book, but fees still need to be paid
  11. Failure by parent to respond to the above requirements will results in penalties.
  12. A fine of R50.00 will be imposed on children fetched after hours.
  13. No refund, for any creche fees or uniform collected.
  14. All parents are requested to attend all activities and also pay any outings forming part of the creche program, irrespective of whether the child participates or not.
  15. If a child loses his/her parents are expected to contribute R10.00 and should the learener be deceased the we ask parents to contribute R20.00.
  16. I hereby acknowledge the rules and regulations of this constitution and promise to abide by them

This fee Agreement is entered into on between MY Hope Day Care Cenre, located at 12295 Indlovu Street, Ext14 Vosloorus, 1475 and the child's families name of parent ID no Cell phone number

  1. Fee Details: The total annual fee for the year i.e 12 months January to December 2026 is as follows:

Babies age between is R680.00x12 = R8 160.00 payable in monthly instalment of R680.00 for the cureent month + R136.00 monthly instalment for the November and December 2026 school fees =R816.00 per month for 10 months January to October 2026. Toddles and Grade R is R630 x 12 = R7 560.00 payable in monthly instalment of R630.00 for the cyrrent month +R126.00 monthly instalment for the November and December 2026 school fees = R756.00 per month for 10 months January to October 2026. Other two payment option is six monthly with 5% discount in January and in June and annual payment by the 7th of March and a 10% discount will apply.
  3. Payment Schedule:Payments are due on the 3rd day of each month, beginning on 3rd January 2026, and ending on 3rd October 2026. Late payments will incur a late fee of R100.00 per month will be charged.
  4. Payment Method: Payments shall be made via electronic transfer to or designateed bank account.

    Please remember to write down your child;s name and surname as a reference and bring your desposit slip to school as proof of payment. We do not accept cash payments.

  5. Fee Adjustments: Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
  6. Termination of Agreement: This agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice and no fees are refundable
  7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Department of Social Development and Department of Education South Africa. My Hope Day care is a non-governmental institution and payment of school fees are compulsory. The centre may take legal action to recover outstanding school fees. In the event of non-payment, My Hope Day Care reserves the rights to hand over your account for legal action to recover the outstanding amounts and all other legal fees that may be incurred in the recovery process.

Pre-school hpurs are from 7am til 4pm each weekday and children must be collected not later 4pm. We regret to advise that it will not be the responsibility of the school after 4pm, unless by prior arrangement, which comes at a fee of R50.00. After-care is R300.00 per month from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, this includes a snack for all children that will be in the after-care programme.

  • If your child is ill or absent please notify the school. It is not the driver's responsibility to report the child.
  • If a child has a contagious disease such as chicken-pox, measles, mumps, diarrhea, flu etc, please keep her/him at home until she/he has fully recovered.
  • Make sure that child receives all necessary immunizations from the clinic.

  • Teachers are not responsible for the loss of earrings during play. It is therefore advisible not to put expensive earrings on your childs ear.
  • All other items like belts, scarves and gloves should be clearly marked to avoid items getting lost or mixed up

    • Parents must attend meetings at all times to avoid explaining to individuals the resolutions taken during the meeting. We only have four(4) meetings per year.

    Parents are requested to bring children to these functions and Trips as they all form part of the school's activities.

    Grade R parents should pay graduation fees which will include a certificate, gown, set of photo's, dress, bow tie, shirt and a waist coat.

    CONSENT & INDEEMNITY
  • I Parents/Guardian of hereby give consent for my child to participate in activities offered by the school, this includes educational tours and excursions organized by the school.
  • I accept that all reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of my child, and agree that the school, which includes the school committee, principal and all members of staff will not be held responsible for any damage of whatsoever nature suffered by my child whilst at the center or participating in any activities at the center. I further agree that I shall be responsible for all expenses, which might be incurred on behalf of my child. I hereby authorize and cede my powers as Parent/Guardian to the principal of the school, or anyone delegated by the principal and gives my consent should any medical treatment or surgery be deemed necessary for my child/ children.
